My wife and I began looking into purchasing a new pop up camper and had visited several RV centers locally. We eventually stopped into an RV center a few miles from my house and began the purchasing process. The experience was less than memorable. After hemming and hawing for a few hours we left the RV dealer without a purchase and with more questions than what we started with. The entire experience felt like a bad reality show featuring slick car salesmen in which it seemed like everyone knew what was happening but us. See, although we were new to the RV buying process, we were not new to the pop up camping lifestyle. We knew what we wanted and how we wanted it. This just happened to be the first time we were buying a brand new unit. I knew deep down inside that I wasn't getting the best deal even after sitting there for a few hours. Later that evening I was reminded of a friend that purchased a unit a few years back at Haylett RV. I jumped online and found the exact unit we wanted with all the features we wanted for a better price than what my local dealer had! I couldn't believe it. I submitted an information request email and was in contact with Josh Winters the next day. Josh was pleasant to deal with and although we had never met, he treated me with more respect and professionalism than my local dealer. After getting assertion that there were no hidden fees or any silly games I decided to do business with Josh and Haylett RV. My local RV dealership kept calling me and even offered to match the offer from Haylett RV but I decided to still do business with Josh because of how well and straight forward the whole experience was. Although it was nearly 500 miles round trip, my wife and I were more than happy to drive the distance just to give him the business. There are RV dealerships everywhere that sell the same products but there is only one that has Josh. With unbeatable prices and customer service that's second to none there is no reason to shop anywhere else!
