Kim and I are going to be hauling this weekend, and actually sleeping in the trailer on Saturday night. We have a show about 6 hours away from us just outside of Ottawa, and the closest hotel is 20 mins away. Kim really doesn't like to be that far from "her baby", so having the trailer for this weekend is a huge piece of mind.

Mike Knott here. Just wanted to let you know we are really enjoying our new RV. Spent most of the summer camping throughout Michigan, east to west. Truly enjoyable having this much room INSIDE to enjoy the moments we weren't OUTSIDE. Twice we have opted to take our camper with us because if provides so much more than a hotel room.

We bought a little silver Cikira in March. We took it camping in June. We received more comments of "how cute" and "that is just the size I need". I think we could have sold a half-dozen of them! :) One lady in Gaylord said, "May I see inside that? That is just what I need". It is small but we adjusted. The only thing that we didn't like were those cushions for the bed, so when we got home we called Elkhart Bedding and ordered a spring mattress to fit. We are all set now!

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know how pleased we are with our Exiss Horse trailer. It is light weight and easy to pull and I feel that we can go about any where with it.
What really makes this trailer special is how you all, especially Isreal Ferguson, helped us when you really did not have to. When we bought the Merhow horse trailer last year, we did not think it through very well and found after we got home with it that it was too large for us and too big for my old arthritic body to maneuver around. When we contacted Isreal and told him of our dilemma he worked with us and found a trailer that would be ideal and worked out a trade. We are now the owners of a trailer that we love and can use for along time. Again we thank you and appreciate all that you have done for us. Your dealership and your salesman(Isreal Ferguson) are exemplary.

Our first trip was "up north" the third week of June. We camped at Mill Creek near Mackinaw City in a site next to the lake and with a view of the bridge. We went to the island; got wet on the ferries; rode bikes; went to Michilimackinac; went to the fort; hung out around the fire; etc. We had a little rain a couple of nights, but otherwise the weather was gorgeous. We then spent a few nights at a campground in Milan, visiting my dad. It was a terrific trip.

Other than a smelly hot water heater, the trailer was and is awesome. Plenty of room for the family, all the amenities we need, everything worked as intended. We're super-happy with it. We'll get out in the fall and enjoy it some more.

Hope things are well with you. Please pass word on to your management that I think you did an excellent job with a difficult sale.

We had our first "wildlife in the camper" experience, when Melman the Squirrel invited himself in through the kitchen screen while we were out. We discovered him when we returned, and my son heard thumping coming from inside the camper. The thumping turned out to be Melman making head runs at the closed window trying to get out. We stepped back from the door, and Melman shot out of the door, hitting the ground about 10 feet from the doorway and running for dear life up the nearest tree.

No harm other than a torn screen, a torn bag of snacks, and a squirrel with a headache, as far as we can tell. Lesson learned: hungry squirrels can smell peanut butter snacks through a Ziploc bag.

Just wanted to let you know that I took the trailer out for it's first working run...it was excellent. Fit three full pallets in, then had to hand load the contents of the fourth. Was slick as can be, and was by far the fastest I've been in and out picking up my surplus. Handled and pulled very well. VERY!!!!! pleased with the purchase.

And funny thing, I am glad I have a webgate instead of the solid tailgate and probably won't replace it. It's nice to be able to see what's behind me through the webgate when backing up. Letty and I were very dirty and tired after 4 days of fun. Everything went pretty well; 90 teams, 1000 students 500 spectators and volunteers and no injuries! Letty and I were in charge of scoring on Saturday for the suspension event and had a great seat right at the finish line. The video in the link above occurred right where we were sitting. He was actually spinning upside down when he crossed the finish! The camper is doing great!
