"We are writing this letter to let you know that we would recommend your dealership to everyone who is interested in purchasing an RV. Your dealership has treated us so well that we just want to let you know how we feel. We purchased a 2006 Carriage Carri-Lite in June of 2007. We had a few issues with the unit, so Jeff jumped in and dealt with Carriage directly on our behalf. We greatly appreciated that and when we brought the unit back to your dealership we were treated very nicely by everyone in the service department.
In June we came back to your dealership to have a second air unit installed. Jeff worked with our schedule and had us in and out in about 3 hours. The attention to detail was great! Jeff has always taken the time to call us and see how things are working and how we are doing. We greatly appreciate that and know for a fact that other dealers, no matter what product you buy, do not take the time to do this. He called us recently to see how the air unit was operating and if we were happy with it. We told him we loved it and that we had been in so much rain and that the unit never leaked. They were real good about getting us in right away and did an outstanding job on the new unit. It can cool the camper much better than the original unit can. But the new unit is not ducted and that makes a difference even though it is a smaller unit. The one thing we need to keep in mind that we are now taller since we did not get a low profile unit. We are now at 12'9" tall. But we love the new unit!!"

Over the last several years I've been getting my oil changed at Haylett's, as well as other car dealerships throughout Branch County. Each time I have it changed by another dealership I'm disappointed compared to my service at Haylett's.
At other places I call and they tell me it can't be done for a couple of days. I end up leaving home early in the morning to make sure I get it to them in time for somone else to drive me to work. Each time I do this I'm either late to work or they don't have someone to drive me.
Unlike at Haylett's--When I call for an oil change you get my car in usually within the day and offer to come and get my car and bring it back to me. I love this! And it is the reason I will remain a customer of yours. I don't have to rearrange my home or work schedule, which is such a hassle. "Recently I had the chance to do some business with your company. I do not feel that pre-printed forms are personal enough, so I am handwriting this letter.
The first deal was for a slide in camper that was on consignment. Unfortunately, that deal did not go through. However, because of your salesman Jeff Kimble I later decided to purchase a 7x14 motorcycle trailer from you.
The trailer is nothing special, but everything that I wanted on the trailer was provided and everything that Jeff said your firm would do you did. Any questions I had were answered promptly and courteously. Any questions he could not answer he would go out of his way to find the answer as soon as he could.
I have never dealt with a salesperson who returned telephone calls so promptly & I commend him for that!"
